Policies and Info you should know before your visit

  *If you call and I don't answer, I am probably with another client. A text might get a response from me more quickly.

Forms of Payment 

Forms of payment accepted: Cash, personal check, Zelle, Cedit card or mobile pay

A credit card on file is required to book an appointment. Your card will not be charged until the end of the service or you may use a different payment method to pay on the day of your services. All Credit cards are accepted, however the is a 3% processing fee added to your bill at checkout (this includes mobile payments). All credit card information is kept secure and confidential though Gloss Genius.  All personal info you share with me is kept private and confidential.

Cancelling and Rescheduling

As a small business, a cancellation holds a lot of weight. Life happens, and I understand sometimes you may not be able to keep your appointment. If an emergency occurs please let me know and we can work something out.

  • CANCELLATIONS/LATE RESCHEDULES: Please give me a 24 hour advanced notice if possible for an appointment cancellation. If a 24 hour notice is not possible you may be charged 50% of your missed service cost. If you request to reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours in advance, a 50% deposit of your services will be due prior to rescheduling your appointment.

  • NO-SHOWS: 50% of your service cost is needed as a deposit before rescheduling. If a second no-show occurs, I will consider not accepting your appointment.

Running Late

Please text me if you will be late to your appointment. If you will be 15 minutes or more late, I may ask you to reschedule or, you may not be able to receive all services originally scheduled. If you are arriving late and are unable to receive the entirety of your services scheduled, you may still be asked to partially pay for all services you were scheduled for out of courtesy for my time.


 ColorTrip Studios is home to several other stylists. This policy is to ensure that all of our guests have an enjoyable, relaxing experience. We love kids however, there are lots of hot and sharp tools out in the open in the salon, so let's keep your kids safe and only bring them if they have a booked appointment.


If you are unsatisfied or have any questions or concerns about you services received, please notify me within 2 weeks of your appointment. Outside of 2 weeks there may be another charge.

*Re-dos will not cover a change in the style or color initially requested, or services done by another salon.


Products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund, exchange or salon credit.
